What if a sample is out of stock?
We hold most samples in Australia. If a sample you request is out of stock locally, or is a specialty product we don't keep here, we will let you know. We can then suggest a similar product available locally, or order it from our European factory if you are happy to wait. Factory orders for commercial projects usually take around 2 weeks.
If only some of your samples are out of stock, we will send the available samples first, and the rest will follow in a separate parcel.
If you need samples urgently. Contact your local Forbo representative directly. Not sure who that is? Get in touch with us.
